La Creu

Sauvignon blanc

La Creu is named after the vineyard planted with Sauvignon Blanc at the heart of the Can Bas wine estate since 1994.

It is a full-bodied, rich wine, with pronounced aromatic nuances. A wine that expresses the characteristics and the honesty of the terroir from which it comes. The grapes in La Creu are partially fermented separately in French oak barrels.

La Creu is lustrous gold in colour, with some natural green and ochre highlights. In the nose it offers distinctive primary aromas of flowers and fresh fruit, peach and grapefruit. On the palate it is crisp and intense, with just the right degree of acidity.

La Creu’s honesty makes it an ideal wine to accompany risotto, spiced vegetables, baked or griddled fish or Catalan-style poularde, well-cooked in white wine with a fresh grape cream sauce.

Recommended serving temperature 10ºC.
